Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by The Enjoolata Foundation, registered in England and Wales, with its principal office at Sinclair Gibson LLP 3 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2A 3AA (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, complete the entry form on our website (www.enjoolata.org/12-days-of-christmas-festive-give) between 10.00AM and 4:00PM each day from 01 December to 12 December.

  • One entry per person per day. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  • Entrants may win only once across the entire 12-day period.

4. Prizes & Winner Selection

  • A different prize will be awarded each day, as announced on our website and Instagram page (@enjoolata).

  • One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received before 4:00PM each day.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner chosen.

5. Prize Fulfilment

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that their first name, organisation and/or Instagram handle may be announced publicly on our website or social media channels.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal data (name, email, Instagram handle) will be collected solely for administering this giveaway.

  • Data will be processed by the Enjoolata Foundation and stored securely.

  • It will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver prizes.

  • All data will be deleted within 30 days after the giveaway closes.

  • You can request data access or deletion at any time by contacting hello@enjoolata.org.

8. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if necessary.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta.
Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
