Digital and Events Co-ordinator
This role is perfect for a Brighton based people-person who believes in community and wants to get involved in the third sector in the BN community and learn more about the Enjoolata Way with the Enjoolata team and Partners
It is an ideal job for someone who is creative, innovative and has an eye for digital and social media content. You don’t have to have loads of experience but are willing to learn and be a team player. We are always seeking new people with an interest in the community around them.
Brighton / BN Postcode area
Part-time (Hybrid, 20 hours per week)
Salary: £XX per hour

What does this role look like?
Enjoolata Digital and Social Media voice
This is where you'll help bring the Enjoolata community to life online, sharing the people, projects and partnerships making a difference across the BN postcode.
Managing the Enjoolata voice via our social media platforms - our website, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Keep our website fresh and up to date — adding news, updates and events so our community always gets the right information
Gather upcoming events from our partners and share them across our social channels and newsletters, spreading the word for the brilliant work happening across the BN postcode
Capture community stories, data and outcomes that show the community what's possible
Explore and innovate on new ways to spread the word of Enjoolata and our partners.
Enjoolata Partner Management
All members of the Enjoolata team have Partnership Rep responsibilities. We would like this person to have a few Partners who they can nurture and get to build a genuine relationship with.
Get out into the BN community — visit community projects and meet the incredible people doing vital work every day
Build and sustain genuine relationships with around 10 Enjoolata Partners and understand what they are doing in the community and how can we help them
Listen deeply to communities and partners — understand what they need and help us all respond in ways that are truly useful
Respond to partners and enquiries with warmth, honesty and clarity

Enjoolata Event Support
Events are where the community comes alive and the Partners make connections and collaborate. This is where you will be able to support your Partners on some impactful initiatives
Work with the team on making sure the year long events strategy and calendar aligns with the Partners needs and what the community requires to deliver their work and develop
Support the Head of Events on the project management of the events and attend when required. The role will ensure that events run from start to finish smoothly
Attend Partner events in the BN postcode to play an active role in the Enjoolata community and report back to the team on events
Being part of the Enjoolata team
We’re a small team, which means we all pitch in and support each other.
Take part in training and development opportunities, we want all team members to grow and develop their own initiatives and share with the team
Join our weekly team check-ins on Zoom, sharing our insights and updates twice a week
Attend Partner events (day and evening), as and when needed to support our partners and to see their work
Chip in where it's needed, we're a small and mighty team, and we look out for each other
Meet the Team
