Enjoolata Community Grant

Applications open 08:00am on 5th January to 22:00pm on 12th January 2026** | Grants of up to £5,000

**However, we may close earlier if we reach our limit of 200 applications, so don’t delay!

Our Community Grant is for anyone who’s working in the BN postcode area to make a positive difference at the grassroots level; whether you're a small organisation or an individual with an idea.

We only consider applicants with a turnover of less than £500,000 per year.

Applications must be made via our online application form. We do not accept applications in any other format. A template form is available for you to download, below, only to assist in preparing your answers before the online application form becomes live on 5th January.

It’s important to us that you use this money for whatever will be most beneficial to your organisation, be that core costs, salaries, new initiatives or existing projects. We hope that this flexibility will help towards making each organisation more sustainable!

We’re here to champion innovation and advocate for meaningful, long-term change. We want to support our partners not only in sustaining their work, but in exploring bold ideas that push boundaries and strengthen communities for the future.

Being part of the Enjoolata community means joining a network of people who care deeply about making the world a better place. It means not having to face the challenges of the third sector alone, and having access to trusted advice, encouragement, and support along the way. Most of all, it means finding joy in the work we do together.

More Than Just Funding

We’re proud to have built a community full of thoughtful, passionate individuals and we’re so grateful to be part of the connections that grow from it. When we partner with an organisation, we see ourselves as part of their journey.

Their successes are our successes. Every milestone reached is a celebration of what’s possible when we work together. Through shared resources, regular support, and a genuine commitment to each other’s growth, we aim to create an environment where grassroots projects can really flourish.

What Makes Enjoolata Different?

We don’t operate like traditional funders. That means no long, formal reporting. But this doesn’t mean we don’t care! In fact, we really want to hear from you.

We love it when you keep us in the loop: tell us how your project’s going, what you’re proud of, or what challenges you're facing. You don’t need to send data or polished updates, just honest, human stories.

And if you’re happy for us to visit your project, even better. We’re a remote team, so seeing the impact of your work in real life means the world to us. Of course, we understand that’s not always possible, but when it is, we’ll be there cheering you on. We love rolling up our sleeves and getting involved, volunteering with our partners on project days is one of the ways we stay connected and engaged.

What Do We Offer Alongside Our Community Grant?

Skills Development

We run a wide range of practical workshops throughout the year, choosing brilliant facilitators who are here to help you and your organisation thrive. We cover all the costs, so you can focus on learning and growing.

Wellbeing Support

You can’t pour from an empty cup. That’s why we run events that give you a chance to pause, recharge, and connect with other Changemakers. It’s our way of helping you take care of yourself while taking care of your community.
