Charity Mentors Sussex
Speaking with someone else to get a fresh perspective can often help. Working with a mentor helps release your time to look beyond the service delivery and focus on how best to adapt to the challenges that lie ahead. Usually on a 121 basis, a mentor can help you process your thoughts to ensure that you take the necessary steps to move forward.

Symbiosis Co-Mentoring
Our mentoring programme has two important features: We use a type of mentoring called 'co-mentoring' where each participant is both a ‘learner’ and a ‘teacher’ participating in a reciprocal exchange of knowledge, stories and experiences Our session activities are also inspired by, or held in, nature which is a positive and non-hierarchical learning space.
