Four weeks learning new skills on the market garden & in the Lovebrook kitchen

Then why not join us for our latest course... Grow, Cook, Eat

Spend four wonderful Wednesdays from 10am-1pm here at Lovebrook - our 33 acre regenerative farm and community project in Kingston, Lewes. This hands-on, practical course will give you new skills around growing, harvesting and cooking - and inspire you to get more connected to land, food, wellbeing and nature.

Each week you will be guided by our wonderful grower and chef Abi - learning new skills on the market garden, in the outdoor kitchen and around the farm, including:

Growing: Spend time in our beautiful market garden - gaining practical experience around growing and harvesting produce

Cooking: Learn four simple, nutritious and delicious recipes, incorporating the food from the market garden

Eating: Share the lunch you have cooked together, with time to chat, stroll, connect with each other, and enjoy the beautiful farm.

So whether you have a big allotment or a windowsill garden, this is the course to inspire you to grow, cook and eat your own produce!

***The course includes weekly welcome tea and coffee, a market garden tour, all your ingredients and four delicious lunches. All tools and equipment will be provided.

When:

Wednesdays 10am-1pm

Septmeber 10th, 17th, 24th and October 1st

£120pp for 4-week course.

Lovebrook is a non-profit community interest company. All the money you spend with us helps support our community and outreach work. Through this work, we offer wellbeing and nature based experiences for people who might not otherwise be able to access them. Thank you for being a part of this!
