Partnership Manager
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, listening deeply, and helping communities access the support they need.
At Enjoolata, partnerships aren’t transactional. We believe in showing up consistently and building trust over time. This role sits at the heart of that work, helping Partners feel supported while strengthening the wider community around them.

What you’ll be doing
Partner grant management
You’ll help manage our grant programmes in a way that feels fair, supportive, and human.
This includes:
Managing the grant process from start to finish - being fair, human and responding to external processes that change in the sector
Be a warm and knowledgeable point of contact for Partners who have challenges and need to be heard
Make thoughtful, informed decisions on applications, with fairness and equity at the heart of it
Capture community stories, data and outcomes that show the community what's possible
Work with us to build new funding programmes and grant rounds, offering your perspective and personal perspectives
Partner relationship management
This is the heart of the role.
You’ll be out in the BN community building the kinds of relationships that make a real difference and bringing what you learn back to the wider team.
Get out into the BN community — visit community projects and meet the incredible people doing vital work every day
Build and sustain genuine relationships with around 40 Enjoolata Partners, not just contacts, but real collaborators in our shared mission
Listen deeply to communities and partners — understand what they need and help us all respond
Respond to partner enquiries with warmth, honesty and clarity
Contribute to shaping Enjoolata's strategy and values and promoting the Enjoolata Way

Supporting events and connection
Our events are where ideas are shared, collaborations begin and community comes alive.
You’ll:
Work with the team on making sure the year long events strategy and calendar aligns with the Partners needs and what the community requires to deliver their work
Support the Events Lead with planning and project management
Attend events when needed and help create meaningful experiences for Partners
Being part of the Enjoolata team
We’re a small team, which means we all pitch in and support each other.
Take part in training and development opportunities, we want all team members to grow and develop their own initiatives and share with the team
Join our weekly team check-ins on Zoom, sharing our insights and updates twice a week
Attend Partner events (day and evening), as and when needed to support our partners and to see their work
Chip in where it's needed, we're a small and mighty team, and we look out for each other
