Regroup. Reset. Reconnect. with Jess Nicks

If self-doubt, overthinking, or fear of judgement are keeping you from showing up - this refresher session is for you.

So, you have been to one of our Thrive Workshops, but what next?

Over the next few months, Thrive will be hosting some follow-up, online sessions, called ‘Regroup. Reset. Reconnect’.

The first of these free, online sessions is hosted by Jess Nicks on Tuesday, 8 September from 10am until 11am, and is open to those who attended her original workshop ‘Debitch Your Brain®: Silence the Inner Critics and Take Centre Stage in Your Business’ back in July 2026.

If you are anything like most business owners, life has probably happened. Momentum may have slipped. Your inner critic may have got louder again.

That is exactly why you are invited back for a free, 60-minute online regroup session.

Together, we will:
- Check in on the commitments you made after the workshop.
- Explore what has helped, and what has got in the way.
- Do another powerful tapping exercise to help quieten those unhelpful inner voices.
- Leave with renewed clarity and confidence to move forward.

Whether you have made huge progress or not yet started at all, you are very welcome.

If you remember thinking, 'I wish I had Jess in my pocket to help me deal with self-doubt’, this session is for you!

Who is Jess Nicks?

Jess Nicks - Tamer of Minds and Regulator of Nervous Systems - is the creator of the Debitch Your Brain® methodology, and delivered the original workshop for the Thrive community in July 2026.

Her own journey from battling self-doubt and imposter syndrome to stepping onto a stage with her one-woman sell-out debut show, Bitch on the Mic, is a testament to what becomes possible when you learn to move forward while the voices in your head are still making noise.

Why women in business only?

This session is open to anyone who identifies as a woman in business, creative, or changemaker, and who attended Jess’ original, online workshop back in July 2026.

It is hosted by Thrive Connected - a growing community of solo women business owners, brought together through a quarterly magazine, workshops, and networking events. We help women get clear on who they are, how they build a sustainable business, and how they want to be seen - and turn that clarity into visibility.

Thrive is a trans women-inclusive organisation. Trans women are women.

How do I get a ticket?

Tickets are free, thanks to funding from Enjoolata Foundation and Another Way Women's Foundation.

Booking is essential via Eventbrite.

The Zoom link will be shared with everyone who registers.

Please note, this session will not be recorded.
