Join a morning gathering at Lovebrook to bless the upcoming Beltane festival with yoga, sauna and an escape into nature.
The Wheel of the Year is an ancient Celtic calendar of eight festivals that celebrate our connection with nature, signalling a shift in the season, weather, and the natural world around us. Beltane (or May Day) is one of the most vibrant festivals. Known as 'Bright Fire', reflecting the sacred bonfires that were central to the festival, it marks the peak of spring and the arrival of summer, a time when the earth is bursting with life, fertility and abundance.
WELCOME - Arrive to fresh coffee, herbal tea, delicious pastries and fruit.
YOGA - In the wellbeing space Charlie will warmly guide you through 1.5hrs of meditation, breath work, yoga flow and deep rest. This Beltane session will offer: Meditation to prune back excess and step into summer with clarity. Breathwork to activate our strengthening yang essence. A creative dance-like flow to invite in summer rhythm with uplifting sun salutations, and a grounding rest as a reminder to bask in the sun energy rather than get swept away in this fiery season.
SAUNA - Soak up the sight, sound, heat and pure simplicity of the fire. Your hosted 1.5hr wood-fired sauna session includes essential oils and magnesium salt scrub to cleanse and detox. Lots of time to soothe aching bodies and cool off outside, sit near the Beltane firepit (weather depending), or take in the beautiful South Downs view as you cold plunge. A perfect way to reset and re-energise for the summer.
8 spaces available - £45pp.
